* Basicsalary£18,000plus£150permonth(£1,800)carallowance.
* Salaryguaranteeforfirstfourmonthsof£2,000net.
* Currentaveragefeesof£3,500withontargetearningsof£40,000to£45,000.
* Personalcommissionof2.5%onindividualvaluationsbooked(valuationcommissionisbasedonthepersonthatbookedthevaluation)plus2.5%onindividualsales(salescommissionisbasedonthepersonthatbookedthefirstviewing)and1.25%onsplitsalesplus5%onListings(ifneededtocoveranyatanystage)
