The team is hiring Desktop Support Engineers (Windows) to provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure seamless user experiences. Responsibilities
* Supporting private clients with desktop and remote troubleshooting
* Working with Windows environments, Office 365, and local Active Directory
* Supporting and configuring Azure cloud environments
* Providing remote support from the datacentre office
* Working shifts between 8 am – 6 pm (rotating: 8–4, 9–5, 10–6; trial of 12–8 possible)
Requirements
* Experience in a Windows/Desktop/Cloud support role
* Windows Environments
* Microsoft Office 365
* Local Active Directory
* Azure Environments
* Certifications are highly important, ideally including:
* MCP / MCSE / MD-101 / MS-102
* CompTIA Network+
* CCNA
