Job Advert: Administration Coordinator Location: On site based in Leamington Salary: £13.45ph, on going temporary role Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Role Purpose for a Facilities Coordinator: The role of Administration Coordinatorwill provide administrative support in relation to the ongoing daily management of the office building and its staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities of a Administration Coordinator: Support the day-to-day running and maintenance of the office and building Ensure the office equipment, security and fire installations are regularly maintained and serviced Ensure there is sufficient general stock for the building, e.g., stationary, office equipment, refreshments, and other office supplies as and when necessary Provide reception support, including dealing with postage, couriers and switchboard cover and when required Manage incoming calls and emails and forward accordingly Support in the maintenance of the building Maintain accurate records in relation to supplier information and associated contracts including HR admin support Take on Ad-hoc projects to support the development and the growth of the organisation Key Skills/Attributes of a Administration Coordinator: Previous experience in a similar role Previous HR Administration would be beneficial Exceptional communication skills Highly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframes Flexible and resilient, willingly able to adapt to meet changing priorities or business requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Good organisational and problem solving skills Well presented with a professional manner Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail If you're enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to contribute to a thriving business, we'd love to hear from you.
