This position is responsible for executing supplies manufacturing schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and product availability. It requires independent decision-making, with supervision from the manager if necessary. The candidate should be flexible in their approach and able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization. This role is specific to the UK Supplies Manufacturing location.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure minimal machine downtime through accurate planning.
* Control production scheduling, plan jobs on presses/resources, and publish schedules to departments.
* Generate and publish daily shipping reports.
* Ensure all components are available to start orders on time.
* Monitor, plan, and record job progress, highlighting and reporting issues that may hinder performance.
* Respond to daily shipping reports as needed.
* Liaise with Sales, Production Planning, and Shift Co-supervisors to maintain and adjust lead times, ensuring high service levels to internal and external customers.
* Monitor stock levels and prioritize stock to ensure consistent supply.
* Follow ISO procedures and work instructions throughout the department.
* Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
* Ideally 2 years of experience.
* Relevant experience in manufacturing, particularly in supply chain, logistics, or demand/inventory planning.
* Experience with ERP systems and software like Oracle and Radius.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including report creation, presentations, and email management.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
