We are looking for a proactive and organised Facilities & Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee the smooth daily running of our boutique aparthotel. This is not just a cleaning role — it's a varied and responsible position that blends hands-on housekeeping with team coordination, leadership, and operational support.
About the Role
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our apartments and communal spaces are maintained to the highest standards, while also helping to organise, guide, and support the housekeeping team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality housekeeping management or senior-level cleaning, who enjoys a mix of practical work and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and support daily cleaning across apartments and communal areas
* Coordinate housekeeping schedules and manage team workloads
* Carry out regular inspections to maintain quality standards
* Monitor stock of cleaning products, linen, and supplies; raise orders when needed
* Assist with training and onboarding of new or temporary staff
* Report and follow up on maintenance issues, liaising with the wider operations team
* Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
* Lead by example, ensuring high standards for guest-ready rooms at all times
About You
* Proven experience in a housekeeping or facilities role with team responsibility
* Background in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality environments desirable
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable coordinating a small team
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
* Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for team communication and guest interaction
