Job Overview:
Our client, a well-established business based in Hinckley, is seeking a professional and efficient Administrator to join their Waste Management team. This role is key to ensuring smooth and effective office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team

Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
*
Perform accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining up-to-date records
*
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
*
Maintain an organised office environment, including stock and equipment management
*
Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Candidate Requirements:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*
Excellent clerical skills including data entry and document management
*
Competent in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and accuracy
*
CAD experience is preferred but not essential
