They are now looking to appoint a NPD Coordinator to support the development and delivery of high-quality and nutritious products.
This role requires a full UK Driving Licence.
The Role
Reporting to the NPD controller, you will play a key role in helping with exciting NPD projections. You’re role will focus on:
* Supporting the development chefs in the kitchen with recipe testing and sampling
* Assisting with product trials in the factory and tracking progress
* Presenting samples to internal teams and fine-tuning recipes based on feedback
* Costing recipes, logging nutritionals, and keeping everything on track
* Ordering samples, keeping the kitchen stocked, and handling sample requests
* Sharing creative ideas, spotting trends, and helping stay ahead of the curve
* Keeping detailed records and supporting technical checklists/specs
* Leading taste tests and helping us benchmark the latest market launches
The Person
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for food and an eagerness to learn. You will have previous experience in a similar role, within chilled manufacturing and looking for that next challenge in an exciting branded business.
Additionally, we’re looking for a keen team player, with excellent communication and organisation skills. You’ll have a creative approach to problem-solving, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple tasks.
