As part of our VTS business, our PRV team focuses on designing, manufacturing, delivering, and supporting protected mobility vehicles globally. We are proud of our support for the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms and foster a positive team culture centered on our people.
YOUR ROLE:
We are hiring trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join our growing trades team. Supported by leaders, driven by a strong team culture, and equipped with all necessary resources, you will enjoy a rewarding and challenging long-term position. Opportunities for further training, ongoing development, and career growth are available beyond your initial trade.
Based at our Edinburgh, SA site on Kaurna Land, your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out servicing and repairs on allocated vehicles according to schedules and quality standards.
* Collaborating with team leaders, maintenance planners, project managers, logistics, HSE, and other leaders to meet commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Mentoring upcoming trade professionals to build future team capability.
* Promoting safety and proactively identifying potential risks in a safety-focused culture.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
* Relevant trade qualifications (Heavy Vehicle or similar) and a strong trades background.
* Experience in diagnosing, fault finding, and repairing mechanical and technical issues with a focus on quality.
* Strong technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and ability to follow processes.
* Team-oriented, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
