Your Role
We are seeking a Graduate Process Engineer to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in Leeds. You will work on high-profile projects across the UK, developing technical skills alongside senior engineers and gaining valuable exposure to the water industry—from wastewater treatment and water recycling to clean water solutions. Exploring the potential of nature-based solutions is a top priority.
You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from optioneering through to detailed design and implementation, with opportunities for site visits and investigations to broaden your understanding.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and interpret data to inform project decisions.
* Contribute to the design and development of practical engineering solutions.
* Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Support work across the full project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
* Participate in site visits and investigations as required.
About You
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Keen interest in the water industry.

Working Arrangements
Graduates are asked to attend the office 4 days per week to ensure appropriate support and development.
