This is a hands-on leadership role, supporting Room Leaders to maintain high standards in teaching, compliance and daily organisation. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or senior Room Leader in a nursery. A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years is essential.
