Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Lincoln, NE and provide end‑user support.


Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide desktop support and technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and operating system issues
* Support and maintain Lenovo laptops and related peripherals
* Troubleshoot and support Windows 11 operating systems
* Perform device imaging and deployment using SCCM and Autopilot
* Provide remote access support for end users
* Manage and track incidents, service requests, and updates using ServiceNow
* Maintain asset management and inventory tracking for IT equipment
* Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) for IT equipment
* Receive, configure, ship, and deploy equipment to end users
* Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and daily ticket updates in accordance with IT support processes
* Ensure all support requests are handled professionally with a focus on customer satisfaction


Skills and Qualifications

* Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
* Experience supporting Lenovo laptops (Lenovo warranty experience is a plus)
* Knowledge of SCCM and Autopilot imaging
* Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
* Familiarity with remote support tools
* Strong asset management and equipment tracking experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented troubleshooting processes
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets effectively


Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $21.00 - $27.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
