Working in a busy office environment and central Bristol you will have the opportunity to work for an award winning IFA firm and can build your business to the way you want it. We will fully support you in your development and provide leads where available and of which we do ask that all our brokers do actively promote their business with family, friends and existing clients for referrals. You can work at our office shop in St George or from home, and you have the autonomy to work at your own pace and earn what you want to with no capped earnings. Your business will work as a contract for services for our company and therefore it will be on an self employed basis. We are looking for someone with experience ideally 1 year minimum from working in previous roles such as Mortgage Adviser in an Estate Agency, a local IFA or similar position or having at least 1 years face to face sales experience. We would prefer someone with 3 years plus regulated experience and someone who is looking for a new challenge and has the ambition to drive their business and earn 60k plus per annum.
Here's some of the details of the role
* We are a Directly Authorised firm and therefore some lenders we do not have direct access to, otherwise we offer a comprehensive range across the market for mortgages. You will have access to protection providers for writing Life, Critical illness, income protection, family income benefit, accident sickness and unemployment (where available) cover.
* You will have access to other sourcing sites for Solicitors, will writing and PMI cover for additional income streams.
* We would prefer you to have an initial cash flow of around £3,000 in savings to get started, as you will be a new business start up and you will need the initial capital.
* You can refer Pension and Investment clients to our inhouse IFA's - who will pay you a referral fee for any cases signed up.
