Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Department: Food & Beverage
Salary: £13.42/hr
Your role involves welcoming guests, taking hot beverage orders and snacks, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure memorable experiences. This is a full-time position, including weekends.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Welcoming guests to our new F&B outlets and providing efficient, friendly, and professional service.
2. Representing the hotel's image through attitude, professionalism, and grooming standards.
3. Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests.
4. Having good knowledge of our products.
5. Taking responsibility for your designated section and station.
6. Ensuring the F&B area remains well stocked at all times.
7. Receiving and processing customer payments.
8. Making sure ingredient labels are visible at all stations.
9. Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service.
10. Cleaning and sanitizing tables.
11. Approaching guest issues with a positive problem-solving attitude.
12. Actively promoting hotel facilities and services.
