Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
3. Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
4. Handle inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues
5. Order fault testing & production oversight
6. Maintain accurate project documentation
7. Reviewing product & project technical drawings
8. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide timely feedback to ensure the highest level of service
9. Work with suppliers and shipping teams to track and manage deliveries
10. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and order details in CRM systems
11. Support account managers with administrative tasks and follow-ups
12. Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels
13. Assist in processing invoices and verifying payment details
14. Work closely with the sales team to manage daily tasks, ensuring all systems are updated, and support the seamless running of the sales operations
15. Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
16. Previous experience QA/Sales support functions within similar trades, and/or electrical wholesale
17. Experience in product fault testing
18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and support the sales team
19. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment
20. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
21. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is a plus
22. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation
