4. Report regularly to clinicians and support patient and family education.
5. Facilitate patient care handovers upon discharge or transfer.

Policy and Service Development:

1. Adhere to trust policies, maintain high-quality records, and participate in incident reporting.
2. Contribute to service review and development activities.

Resources and Equipment:

1. Monitor stock levels, request equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.

Professional Development and Support:

1. Provide peer support, organize training, and support induction of new staff.

Additional Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good English communication skills.
* Relevant qualifications or experience in healthcare support roles.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and handling flexible workloads.

Desirable criteria include awareness of record-keeping standards, understanding of stroke impacts, and tactful handling of difficult situations.
