Job Description
The role involves:
1. Taking reservations for bedrooms, restaurants, and private events, both online and via direct calls/emails.
2. Processing reservation information accurately.
3. Communicating effectively with other departments.
4. Carrying out check-in and check-out procedures.
5. Handling cash and card payments during shifts.
6. Performing associated reception duties as required.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality within a similar environment is preferable; however, full training will be provided.
