Job Description
The Junior Sales & Marketing Executive is an entry-level role designed for a motivated graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales and marketing within a manufacturing and sustainability-led business.
Working closely with Cullen Packaging’s Sales and Marketing teams, the role offers broad exposure to customer engagement, new product support and marketing activity. This is a varied, hands-on position where you will learn by doing, supported by experienced colleagues and given the opportunity to develop commercial skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls, handling enquiries, following up opportunities and assisting with day-to-day account activity.
2. Assist the sales team with product sampling, including coordinating samples, preparing information for customers and supporting follow-up activity.
3. Support new market and new business development through research, data gathering and outreach activity.
4. Work with the marketing team to support exhibitions, photoshoots and content creation for sales and marketing materials.
5. Assist with the planning and delivery of trade shows, customer visits and events.
