Role
* Develop and strengthen partnerships with salon distributors and partners
* Deliver consistent growth in sales and distribution across key channels
* Oversee and execute internal sales strategies to maximise performance
* Manage brand presence and engagement across Instagram and digital channels
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure brand alignment and commercial success
About You
* Experience in partnership management, account management, or internal sales, customer service or Business Development.
* Background in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is desirable
* Confident in driving B2B relationships and building long‑term value
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram
* Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisation skills
* Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset and passion for brand growth
