What this role is all about:
Take the lead in shaping Vitality’s affiliate distribution strategy, driving the success of our Health Lite Plans through dynamic partner management and seamless operational execution. In this brand new role, you’ll be central in proactively managing partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily operations to deliver smooth, high-impact affiliate collaborations.
Key Actions
4. Support the Vitality Health Lite leadership team in achieving targeted objectives by effectively managing affiliate partnership relationships to grow business value
5. Coordinate and manage stakeholder meetings, including agenda setting and preparation of papers, to ensure smooth delivery of affiliate partnerships
6. Support executive leaders in securing new affiliate partnerships through regular engagement and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
7. Front the delivery of multiple projects related to Vitality Health Lite plans, including scoping, implementation, change management, and ROI evaluation
8. Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing detailed reports and insights to senior stakeholders to drive partnership growth
9. Produce high-quality presentations, reports, and board papers for senior leadership, ensuring content is well-researched and impactful
10. Conduct external research and deliver thought leadership materials to strengthen strategic initiatives and partnerships
11. Work in an agile, fast-paced environment, balancing leadership and hands-on delivery to meet demanding timelines
12. Travel regularly between UK office locations to support partnership and project delivery
What do you need to thrive?
13. Previous experience (>2 years) of network/pathway management at a senior level.
14. Experience of procurement and contractual development within networks and pathways.
15. Previous experience of controlling functions from both a people and strategy perspective.
16. Track record of leading successful change initiatives/projects/programmes.
17. The capability to interpret and present complex data.
18. The ability to successfully present ideas and initiatives to others using a variety of tools and methods.
19. Experience in engaging with and influencing internal and external organisations at all levels.
