Account Manager | Poole | £33,000 + OTE
Are you an Account Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships and spotting new commercial opportunities? Do you enjoy developing established OEM accounts while driving growth through confident, insight‑led conversations?
This Account Manager role gives you ownership of a large, loyal customer base, backed by a specialist technical team and genuine opportunities to progress.
As an Account Manager, you will benefit from:
• Uncapped commission, earned on leads generated as well as leads converted
• 28 days holiday inclusive of BH plus a Christmas shutdown

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing all OEM accounts within your territory with structured and consistent outreach
• Creating, pricing, and following up quotations with accuracy and commercial awareness
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records across internal systems including SAP
• Collaborating with internal engineering teams to support high‑value accounts
• Identifying gaps, threats, and growth opportunities through regular analysis
As an Account Manager, your experience will include:
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills
• A proactive, results‑driven approach with excellent communication skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
• At least two years’ experience within a sales role with proven account growth
• Experience within an engineering or distribution environment (desirable)
