To be considered, you must be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
Criteria include:
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
* A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant work experience.
* 4+ years of relevant experience.

We are also interested in applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
