We’re partnering with a well-established Civil Engineering company with a strong order book and growing team. We're looking for TWO Administrators to support ongoing projects—one suited to a school leaver or someone starting their career, and the other ideal for a degree-qualified candidate looking to grow into project support.
What You’ll Be Doing (Both Roles):
Providing day-to-day administrative support to our busy project teams
Handling data entry, document management, and team coordination
Managing phone calls, email traffic and welcoming visitors to the office
Supporting other departments with general administrative tasks
Gaining exposure to project coordination and operations in civil engineering
What We’re Looking For:
Role 1 – Entry-Level / School Leaver
Eager to learn and ready to start a long-term career
Organised, friendly, and comfortable using a computer
Confident communicator and good on the phone
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
No experience needed – we’ll provide full training
Role 2 – Degree Qualified Administrator
1–3 years higher education
Strong attention to detail and able to manage competing tasks
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Experience in a fast-paced or project-led environment is a bonus
Keen to grow into a project coordination or support role
