Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to ensure the successful delivery of critical project work, with responsibility for quality assurance across fabrication, supplier management, and on-site installation. This role is key to upholding compliance, driving high standards, and ensuring all activities meet nuclear and defence industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee quality assurance of small to medium steel fabrications including walkways, platforms, aperture plates, frames, and impact barriers.
• Monitor suppliers and site activities to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and schedules.
• Act as the primary quality interface between fabricators, on-site teams, and internal project management.
• Prepare, collate, and maintain quality documentation in line with Nuclear/Defence industry standards.
