As an Applications Engineer, your responsibilities will include….
* Working with the team to engineer and deliver bespoke wireless and connectivity solutions
* Understand customer needs, providing engineering input to create tailored solutions.
* Utilize Solidworks for 3D modelling of solutions, with a focus on design automation
* Create test specifications and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
* Continuously strive for excellence in customer experience, ensuring that designs meet and exceed expectations.
We’re looking for an Applications Engineer who has the following skills and experience…
* Previous experience working as an Applications Engineer or similar
* Proficiency in SolidWorks especially in parametric modelling & configurable designs
* Experience or willingness to learn design automation using Driveworks Package
* Confident communicator, able to collaborate with production, design, and commercial teams
* Experience issuing production documentation or working in an ETO/CTO environment would be desirable
* A great team player who’s positive, motivated and ready to get involved
In return, the successful Applications Engineer will receive a salary of £40,000 - £45,000, plus the following benefits…
