Position Overview
We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our highly successful Shared Lives/Supported Accommodation Team to deliver excellent support to our carers/host and individuals. This role involves coordinating placements, overseeing hosts/carers, and ensuring services are safe, compliant, and responsive to individual needs.
Responsibilities
* Match young people and individuals to suitable hosts/carers.
* Provide oversight and support to hosts/carers and placements.
* Ensure placements thrive, are safe, compliant, and meet individual needs.
* Collaborate with hosts/carers, young people/individuals and partner agencies to build positive relationships and develop meaningful opportunities such as skill‑building, community access and daily living support.
* Adapt activities and daily household tasks to bring fun and happiness, including sensory stimulation, intensive interaction, new skills and community access.
Qualifications & Experience
* Preferred but not essential: prior experience in shared lives, supported accommodation or related care roles.
* Values: Passion for enabling people to live independently; proactive, creative, flexible and adaptable.
* Capability to build honest, trusting and engaging relationships with those you support.
* Committed to personal development for yourself and for the people you support.
Remuneration & Benefits
* Hourly Rate: £13.69 – £14.59 per hour.
* Grade: Scale 4.
