Job Opportunity: Behaviour Mentor
An outstanding school in the Windsor area is looking for a graduate to join their team as a Behaviour Mentor on a full-time basis. The school provides specialist education to students with varying social, emotional, and mental health needs. In this role, you will support students with additional needs, some facing challenges related to developmental trauma and neglect. Your role is to provide these young people with the necessary consistency and patience as they pursue their education. Students will benefit from one-on-one guidance and support, helping them regulate their thoughts and process their emotions healthily.
Psychology graduates will find this role to be an excellent opportunity to gain frontline experience and mentoring from professionals at the school, developing communication skills and learning how to support children with significant emotional needs in a classroom environment. This hands-on experience is invaluable if you are considering a career in Psychology, Therapy, Counseling, or even Criminal Justice.

The successful candidate should be proactive, empathetic, and confident in their ability to take initiative to provide high-quality care and support. Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, etc., are encouraged to apply. Experience with SEN/SEMH children and/or adults is desirable but not mandatory.
