We want to empower children and their families to make the changes that are needed, however where it is necessary to ensure alternative safe care arrangements, we are committed to ensuring we do so in a professional, skilled and sensitive way. Herefordshire is on a journey, and we would like you to be part of our next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity to have a genuine impact on the local authority and help improve and protect the children and young people within it.
