Overview
Based on the outskirts of Spalding (own transport required due to location).
We are seeking experienced MIG Welders/Fabricators to join a busy and skilled team. This role involves fabricating and welding mild steel, along with some fitting and on-site installation work.
Key Details
* Temporary ongoing position, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate
* Occasional travel and overnight stays required (2–3 days per week)
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
* Overtime available, paid at time and a half
* Immediate start available, subject to successful welding test
* No formal qualifications required, but prior experience in MIG welding is essential
