Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located outwards from the Nottingham area for a Field-Based Digital Support Technician. Responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop computers, performing troubleshooting and repairs, and supporting various field-related tasks. The role also involves identifying and resolving technical issues as part of ongoing client support, ensuring operational efficiency and optimal performance of digital equipment and systems.
Qualifications
Experience with Field Support and handling on-site technical tasks
Strong skills with Computers and knowledge of their hardware and software
Expertise in providing Technical Support and resolving client issues effectively
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems
Ability to perform Computer Repair and maintain devices in excellent operating condition
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
Proactive problem-solving and time management abilities
Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
Valid driver's license is required for field-related travel
