Role Summary:
Planethome Boston is looking for a Business Development Associate (Leasing Agent) to join our growing team! This is a fully onsite, client-facing role where you will be responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties, generating new leads, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants and property owners. As the first point of contact, you will guide clients through the leasing process and ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, online inquiries, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct property showings, provide key details, and assist clients in making informed leasing decisions.
- Develop strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and property management teams.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and finalize transactions.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with lead and client interactions.
- Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless leasing experience.
- Meet and exceed leasing and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate or leasing is preferred.
