The Role:
As General Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the business. Youll lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine love for great service and even better pints.
About the job:
Drive daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and the local community
Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
Be the face of the businesson the floor, welcoming guests, solving problems, and setting the tone
About you:
Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in a high-volume pub, bar, or restaurant
Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills
A passion for hospitality and customer experience
Experience with private events
Financial acumen and confidence in managing P&L
A hands-on, can-do attitude and calmness under pressure
Personal licence holder (desirable)
