Our Hire department in Altrincham is a single-person operation and is a collection-only branch. This would be a great opportunity for an individual to join us and gain full insight into how a hire department works, positioning you well to potentially manage a larger Hire team in the future!
Working hours are Mon-Fri 7.30am - 5.00pm, with alternate Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm.

What will you be doing?
Your focus will be to manage all aspects of the Tool Hire operations and team. You will develop and execute a local sales action plan, aiming to exceed sales and revenue targets.
You will build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
You will develop your team through coaching and sales development, while maintaining a strong operational focus.
You will ensure stock levels are optimized to meet customer demands and equipment utilization targets.
Does this sound like you?
Previous experience in plant/tool hire or a good understanding of electrical, petrol, and diesel equipment is advantageous but not essential. We value a great attitude, initiative, and passion. Transferable skills such as Inspirational Leadership, Operational Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial Acumen are highly desirable.
