Retail Assistant (Athlete) - Temp - PT 12H - Ashford
Nike Ashford is looking for a temporary part‑time sales assistant to join our team and provide world‑class service to the consumer.
What you bring
* Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
* Assist retail leads and floor managers (coaches) in training new employees.
* Support various store departments (e.g., operate the cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on the shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Use your knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services in the store.
* Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
* Improve your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
