Job Description:
OD Business Partner
* Reports to: HR Manager
* Salary: up to £38k
* Type: 37 hours per week
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Wood Green.
Role Purpose
* Develop and implement learning & development strategies that support staff and organisational goals.
* Lead training programs and organisational development projects to drive positive change.
* Ensure employee development aligns with business needs and strategic objectives.
Main Duties
* Work with leadership to identify staff training needs and create impactful development strategies.
* Manage learning programs, including mentoring, coaching, and sourcing external training providers.
* Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and report on training effectiveness.
* Lead culture change initiatives, staff inductions, and management development programs.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with mandatory training, such as safeguarding and equality & diversity.
* Represent the organisation in external networks, staying updated on best practices.
Requirements
* Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
* Strong experience in learning & development, change management, and organisational growth.
* Proven ability to design and implement training programs that drive improvement.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
