Key Responsibilities: Provide scanning, mail processing, and electronic filing services. Complete scheduled mail, DX, courier, and print collections and deliveries. Process outgoing mail and courier bookings through approved suppliers. Manage archive box/file collections and deliveries, maintaining an audit trail. Conduct regular stock checks and reorder consumables as needed. Offer exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. Build positive relationships with clients and guests. Welcome visitors, store personal items, and support guest needs. Set up meeting rooms and events, including refreshments. Manage catering supply orders. Provide tea/coffee service to meeting rooms.
