Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a dynamic Head of National Accounts to lead their national account team and drive strategic growth with major customers across the construction sector. This is a high-impact role for a leader who can build powerful relationships, spot opportunity early, and turn strategy into revenue.

* Lead, motivate and develop a team of National Account Managers.
* Build long-term strategic partnerships and negotiate high-value agreements.
* Map and target customer plans, sectors and projects to unlock growth.
* Act as the expert on key accounts — understanding priorities and market drivers.
* Deliver strong account plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, engineering and operations.
* Champion the company through high-quality presentations, CPD sessions and multi-site engagement
📋 Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in national accounts within construction or a multi-product environment.
* Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident presenter with a customer-focused mindset.
* Senior experience in major projects, business development or pre-contracts.
* Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering or hire industry.
* Proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
