Description
The duties include:
1. Provision of accurate and timely reporting on costs, and overheads.
2. Ensure that all Divisional operational month-end, forecast and budget reporting is accurate
3. Provide a full understanding of any deviations from budget
4. Support the accurate closure of the operational month end accounts to the set deadline, including processing journals
5. Assist with commercial reviews, providing financial evaluation and support
6. Support the development of insightful analysis, reporting and dashboards for labour, and other cost of sales.
7. Provide drill down analysis detailing trending in labour costs, hours worked, overtime, agency costs and other labour cost drivers
8. Assist in setting, monitoring, trending and maintenance, and improvement of KPI's.
9. Continually improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of financial information to key stakeholders
10. Responsible for divisional ad hoc labour reporting as required
