GRADE C SCP 4 - 6 (£25,185 - £25,989)

ACTUAL SALARY £17,309.67 - £17,862.26


30 HOURS PER WEEK (8.15 14.15 WITH NO LUNCH BREAK)

TERM TIME PLUS 3 DAYS


PERMANENT CONTRACT

St James’s is a member of the Bishop Fraser Trust, a C of E Multi Academy Trust established in 2017. This is an exciting time to join us as it provides a great opportunity to work closely with the other three schools in the MAT: Bury C of E High School, Canon Slade School and Bolton St Catherine’s Academy; sharing good practice and building on our ongoing progress.

* Has previous experience of working with children aged 11-16 in an education setting
* Demonstrate personal resilience and role models those personal qualities we wish to instil in our young people.
* Has the ability and willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

To work under the direction of the Office Manager to:

* To provide efficient and effective administration support to the learning support department.
* To provide efficient and effective administration support various departments within the school.
* To provide efficient and effective support within the Pastoral Office.
* To provide general administration support as required for other school priorities as defined by the Office Manager and Headteacher.

The postholder will work with the Office Manager on developing and implementing new processes and procedures. This may involve learning new ICT packages as required.
