Gross Salary Package

Circa 38,000 + incl. share of service charge + target‑led bonus.


Weekly Working Hours / Days

Up to 48 hours / 5 / 6 days (tbc)


Benefits & Entitlements

28 days paid holiday (pro rata), incentives, employer’s workplace pension.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a wide range of management functions essential to the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of a busy, multi‑product convenience store. This includes overseeing all aspects of store operations from early morning openings to late‑night closures while maintaining exceptional standards in customer service, stock control, and team leadership.

Your duties will also include managing deliveries, upholding merchandising standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and driving store performance through strategic planning and effective execution.


Minimum Requirements

* Eligibility to live and work in the UK
* Proven experience in Store/Retail environment
* Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
* Sound financial and business acumen
* Resident within a commutable distance of up to one hour
