TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established nursery in the BS15 area of Bristol, who are looking to appoint either an Early Years Teacher (ECT) or a Level 5 qualified Nursery Practitioner. This is a long-term opportunity, starting immediately, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
The setting offers a nurturing and structured environment for children aged 0 5 and is looking for a committed, passionate practitioner to become a consistent and valued member of the team.
This is not a day-to-day supply role the nursery is seeking someone reliable and dedicated who can support key children, contribute to planning, and foster strong relationships with staff and families.
The successful candidate will have:
* QTS (Early Years/Primary) as an ECT or a full and relevant Level 5 childcare qualification
* At least 6 months of experience working within an early years or nursery setting
* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
* A warm, caring, and proactive approach with the ability to support individual learning needs
* Strong communication skills and a passion for early years education
