About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Adult Social Worker Locality Team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality social work services to adults within the community, ensuring that the team meets its objectives and provides effective support to clients. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Provide leadership and direction to the Adult Social Worker Locality Team.
2. Oversee the assessment, planning, and delivery of social work services.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
4. Manage and support team members, including supervision and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK driving licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
