Full Stack Engineer
Remote (UK) | Full-time | £65,000–£80,000 + equity
The Role
We’re hiring a high-agency Full Stack Engineer to help scale a production system handling large datasets, geospatial processing, and cloud-native infrastructure. Must be pragmatic, innovative yet focused and ability to take direction is essential.
You’ll work across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure, owning features end-to-end from architecture to deployment. This isn’t a ticket-taking role.

What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years building production systems
* Strong React + Python experience
* Advanced SQL (performance tuning, large datasets)
* Experience deploying and scaling on GCP
* Comfortable designing systems, not just implementing tasks
* Clear communicator who works well in async remote environments
* Low ego, high ownership
