The Role

We're looking for a proactive, strategic and creative Social & Community Manager to own and grow our social presence. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just manage social – they build it.

You'll lead the development and execution of our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook with scope to expand platform presence as we scale. Working closely with the Head of Brand, you'll shape how Noted. Aromas shows up socially, builds community and drives cultural relevance.

This role has strong progression potential and will play a key part in shaping how the brand builds, engages and scales its social community.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Ownership & Growth

· Own and evolve Noted. Aromas' social presence across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

· Identify opportunities to expand into new platforms as the brand grows

· Ensure social contributed measurably to brand visibility, desirability and revenue growth

· Continuously test, optimise and improve channel performance

Strategy & Planning

· Develop and execute the social media strategy in collaboration with the Head of Brand

· Translate brand and campaign objectives into social-first plans

· Build structured content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns and commercial priorities

· Develop scalable social frameworks and content systems that support long-term growth

Content Direction & Delivery

· Lead the ideation and execution of content across platforms

· Produce content yourself when needed, or coordinate production through creators, photo/video-graphers or internal resources

· Brief internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality assets

· Balance reactive trend-led content with longer-term strategic storytelling

Community Leadership

· Own the community management approach and engagement strategy

· Build and scale a community function over time, including processes, tone of voice and team support as the brand grows

· Foster an engaged audience and ensure the brand is responsive, culturally relevant and community-driven

Influencer & Partnerships

· Work alongside the Influencer Outreach Executive and wider team to support campaigns and partnerships

· Ensure social content and influencer activity are strategically aligned

· Identify partnership opportunities that increase reach and brand relevance

Performance & Insights

· Own social performance tracking across brand and commercial KPIs

· Turn insights into actionable recommendations

· Stay ahead of platform, algorithm and cultural shifts

Collaboration & Growth

· Work closely with Brand, Performance and Influencer teams to ensure social activity support wider business objectives

· Contribute to shaping the long-term roadmap for how social evolved as a function within the business

What We're Looking For

Essential

· Experience managing and growing brand social channels

· Proven experience scaling accounts or launching new platforms

· Comfortable owning a channel end-to-end – from strategy and planning through to execution and reporting

· Strong understanding of social strategy, content performance and platform behaviour

· Ability to create or direct engaging social content

· Strong copywriting, storytelling and communication skills

· Highly organised with ability to manage multiple workstreams

· Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how social drives business impact

Bonus

· Beauty, fragrance or lifestyle brand experience

· Experience working with influencers or creators

· Understanding of paid social and performance creative.
