POSITION / TITLE: PARTNER SALES DIRECTOR - ISV/Hyperscalers
Kore.ai offers a compelling opportunity for ISV/Hyperscalers sales professionals with a proven track record exceeding quotas in technology sales. Our goal is to build a global team of visionary ISV/Hyperscalers Account Directors committed to transforming customer and employee experiences through technology partners who embed or integrate with Conversational AI.

Role Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in partnerships/business development or selling enterprise software into the enterprise or large service provider markets. The Partner Account Director will develop a designated territory, focusing on building and fostering ISV/Hyperscalers partnerships throughout the technology adoption journey with Kore.ai. The individual must be passionate about technology, particularly in Conversational AI platform development and automating customer & employee engagement, evangelizing within their partner's organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from sell-through and sell-with sales motions.
2. Accurate forecasting and territory planning.
3. Transform partner businesses and generate new revenue streams with Conversational AI and ML technology.
4. Achieve new revenue for Kore.ai in both new and existing ISVs across various markets, apps, industries, and use cases.
5. Structure creative pricing and financial models to maximize revenue and ensure long-term partner success.
6. Manage opportunities with Kore.ai sales teams; be the go-to expert for partners' business and solutions in your territory.
7. Work cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Enablement, Product Management, and Sales teams of Kore.ai and partners.
8. Report business through forecasting, stakeholder updates, and quarterly reviews.
9. Account mapping and deal coordination for collaborative field sales.
10. Design, execute, and close technical and GTM joint value partnership campaigns.
11. Spearhead demand generation and awareness marketing efforts with partners.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED
* Minimum 5+ years in major account or strategic sales, managing or leading analytical products or solutions.
* Strong familiarity with AI, ML, contact center, and B2B cloud marketplace go-to-market strategies.
* At least 5+ years' experience within the ISV/Hyperscalers ecosystem.
* Must reside in London, UK.
* Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Proven overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives.
* Experience in consultative sales, building business cases, and managing forecasts.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on process development and program building.
* Willingness to travel up to 30%.
