The programme has made significant progress over 12 months, including establishing a governance structure, Housing Advisory Board, self-assessment against consumer standards, and improvements in asset compliance. The role focuses on preparing for inspections—procurement of external support, communication of highlights, and supporting the wider leadership team in updating performance frameworks.
