About the apprenticeship
Duties
To undertake a wide range of administrative duties in response to the business needs
including but not limited to:
• Preparing accurate and timely audio dictation (To be completed the same day unless
submitted after 3pm or given different deadlines)
• Preparing accurate copy typing, editing and proofing where required (To be
completed the same day unless submitted after 3pm or given different deadlines)
• Preparing, submitting and maintaining documents through our software systems
• Providing administrative support to Partners/Colleagues as required
• Carry out disbursements and billing, uploading all relevant documentation
• Liaising with external organisations as required to meet the needs of the business
e.g. RICS, banks, insurers, contractors, agencies, suppliers
• Dealing with client payments – cash, cheque and credit card
• Following the Barclays & Lloyds audit process to prepare files for review, to include
the collation of all data reported and to record statistics for every project
undertaken by the valuation and agency department.
• Preparing supporting data for RICS audits
• Supporting the valuation and agency department to maintain a report turnaround
time of less than 5 days
• Preparing, printing, copying or binding property particulars as necessary to be
distributed to potential buyers by post and email
Requirements
Qualifications
GCSE in English and Maths C or above Good time management to ensure all task as completed on time
accurately. Adhere to Health & Safety Policy, Employment Regulations and RR&P Quality
