Role Description

Location:

South East (Surrey, Kent and East Sussex)

Salary:

£Excellent salary & £5k car allowance per annum plus benefits

-33 days annual holiday (incl. bank holidays)

Hours:

Full time, 37.5 Hours per week (Permanent)

Full UK Drivers License with access to your own vehicle

What We're Looking For:

The Strategic Visionary

5. Senior management experience in social care
6. QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or equivalent)
7. Deep understanding of CQC requirements and health & social care regulations

The Inspirational Leader

8. Exemplary leadership skills with a coaching and collaborative approach working closely with Operational Director and provides strong leadership to the Home Managers and support to the wider teams.
9. Experience in leading Home Managers, team members and colleagues to ensure standards of performance are maintained and continuously improved wherever possible.
10. Working closely and building relationships with families and commissioners
11. Proven track record of managing change and delivering service improvements

12. Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Autism principles
13. Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities
14. Passion for promoting Quality of Life for the people we support
15. Commitment to promoting rights, inclusion, choice, and dignity

The Commercially-Minded Professional

16. Strong budget and resource management skills
17. Experience collaborating with Local Authorities and Commissioners
18. Commercial acumen with focus on value-for-money service delivery
19. Advocating compliance and implementation of best practice
