Job Description:
Main Duties
* Ensure accurate P&L reporting
* Monitor spend against client budget & glide path targets
* Raise and gain approval for chargeable works
* Liaise with Operation Team regarding purchase orders, projects, and quotes to ensure timely and accurate cost allocation
* Complete logs for various works
* Raise, Goods Receipting & accurate allocation of orders in SAP / Coupa
* Reconcile Technical, Scientific & Soft Services accounts and ensure timely month-end documentation submission
* Take notes at disciplinary, grievance, and investigation meetings
* Participate in meetings, governance, and training courses relevant to your role
* Manage near miss & observation uploads into EcoOnline, report to site lead & onsite client
* Handle customer calls related to reactive jobs and general inquiries, logging them in Maximo
* Review open tickets regularly to minimize duplicates
* Proactively chase and close jobs using daily reports and Mozaic platform
* Understand site operations and locations
* Ensure service delivery meets customer requirements and expectations
* Perform additional tasks as requested by the Site Lead to maintain service standards
What we are looking for
* Experience in a Helpdesk environment
* Previous finance experience; SAP / Coupa knowledge highly desirable
* Ability to challenge and influence for best practices
* Methodical, process-driven with excellent attention to detail
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology
* Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills
* Effective workload management with support-seeking when needed
* Team player with leadership qualities, operation excellence, and interpersonal skills
* Professional, courteous, and confident representation of Mitie and the client
