Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for projects and collaborate closely with the digital team.
* Write high-quality, efficient code following best practices.
* Work with front-end developers and clients to deliver responsive, mobile-first websites.
About You:
* 2+ years of experience as a back-end developer.
* Proficient in PHP and MySQL.
* Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approach, and working with front-end developers.
* Strong understanding of current coding techniques and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
* A proactive problem-solver with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Computer science qualification or equivalent.
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of .NET (C#, Visual Studio) and Umbraco.
* Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
* Experience in app development for iOS and Android.
* Knowledge of SEO, form tracking, and split testing.
* Experience with SVN and version control management.
