Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is seeking a self-employed Sales Valuer to cover the Stowmarket/Ipswich area, with a view to opening your very own estate agency!
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
* On Target Earnings: £50,000 first year, £60,000 - £80,000 second year – uncapped!
* Personal Allowance/Business Mileage

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong local knowledge
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to be successful
* Highly personable and proactive
* Must hold a full driver's license
* Experience conducting valuations and generating new business
As a Sales Vauer, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
* Provide accurate market valuations for clients
* Booking market appraisals
* Growing market share
* Build relationships with clients
